Description

Upon reaching the buggy center at Lahbab Desert on your own, we shall provide you the safety gear along with the instructions on how to ride a dune buggy.

Once the briefing session ends, it is time for driving towards the red dunes following the desert guide, witnessing the scenic views around. We shall speed through the steep sands, gliding down the silky sandbanks experiencing the fun and thrill followed by a photo stop on top of the dunes for capturing amazing pictures of the wonderful scenery along with the buggy. 

Once the dune buggy ride ends, it is time to return to the starting point.

Important things to know

• The dune buggy segment is solely the participant's responsibility. Listening to and following the tour leader is strongly recommended. Any damage, injuries sustained or items lost during the tour are not covered by insurance. 

• All participants must sign an indemnity form before the tour.

• 16 years is the minimum age for dune buggy participants and the passengers must be at least 10 years old. All participants below the age of 16 should bring an adult with them.

• Pregnant women and anyone with back or neck pain, heart problems, or other serious medical complaints are not allowed to participate. 

• Check the weather condition; prefer light clothes in summer and long, covered clothing with a jacket in winter.

• It is not recommended to carry expensive items. Your belongings are your own responsibility and OceanAir is not responsible for any lost belongings during the trip. We will, of course, do our best to help you out if an item is lost.

• We recommend you have international travel insurance as self-driving activities are prone to risk, leading to serious injury & is covered only by your insurance companies.

• Participants from 16-55 yrs of age are eligible to ride the ATVs.
• Participants 6 years & older up to 15 years must be accompanied by an adult for the ATV ride. A child 5 years & younger strictly cannot be on the ATVs.
• This self-riding activity is NOT INSURED & any accidents or damages from the activity will be the sole responsibility of the rider & passenger.
• The participant MUST pay the amount for any damages due to the usage of buggy/ATVs.
• The participant is responsible for any injury he/she has inflicted on him/herself or on others from the usage of buggy/ATVs.
